Cause A poor connection at the EBCM ground is causing pointless replacements of brake modules.
Correction DO NOT REPLACE THE brake module Carry out the next steps to enhance the connection of the EBCM Floor:
1. Remove the EBCM Ground. The EBCM Ground is positioned on the body beneath the driving force’s facet door. If a number of grounds are discovered on this location, the EBCM ground will be recognized as the heavy (12-gauge) wire.
2. Clear the world, front and back, utilizing a Whiz Wheel.
3. Set up the bottom, then the washer and then the bolt to the frame. Necessary: It is important to use the bolts, washers and nuts specified in this bulletin. These parts have been identified because of their conductive finish.
4. Install a washer and nut to the back facet of the frame. Tighten Tighten the nut to 9 N·m (seventy nine lb in).
